Before you email.
Can we test it before ordering licenses?
Yes. Each person can download Soundproof and use the full local engine with three free exports. Test a representative, non-sensitive file before purchasing.
Can you provide an invoice?
Yes. Include the legal company name, billing address and any required purchase-order details in the email.
Does a team license include centralized management?
Not currently. The early team offering is a set of individual Mac licenses purchased together. Tell us if centralized deployment or administration is a requirement; those requests will guide the roadmap.
Do you offer a BAA, DPA or security questionnaire?
Soundproof does not receive recordings during cleanup. We can answer reasonable architecture and data-flow questions, but do not currently promise a BAA, custom DPA or formal enterprise questionnaire process.
Does Soundproof work on Intel Macs?
Yes. Soundproof supports Apple Silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 13.4 or newer.
